We will teach you according to the traditional method of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois at the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore (India)

The most flexible option, you choose when you start out

The Beginners Course in 2 months is the ideal way to start learning Ashtanga Yoga since we will monitor your evolution day by day and accompany you in a very close way throughout the process.

Learning and progressing with the Initiation Course in 16 sessions that we have designed is really easy, as it is a very effective and simple method, adapted to the conditions of the vast majority of people. It is very important that you bear in mind that you can start at any time. You should not wait for the beginning of the month. The flexibility in terms of your assistance is complete. You can attend in the morning, in the evening (or exchange between one and the other). We have classes from Monday to Saturday. When you know what date suits you best, simply contact us and together we will agree on a day and time for your first class.

You have 3 formats at the time of starting the Beginners Course.

Proposal 1
Payment month to month

The first month you pay 85 € (this payment includes 20 € for registration + 65 € for 8 classes) and the second month you pay only 65 € for the remaining 8 classes.

In total 150€ for 16 classes in this format of fractioned Payment.

Proposal 2
Full payment / 16 classes

It’s the most popular option. You make a single payment of 130 € for the 16 sessions.

This format of Complete Payment is 20€ cheaper than the previous option since we give you the 20€ of Registration.

Proposal 3
Full immersion: unlimited classes / 2 months

We encourage you to enter fully into the wonderful adventure of practicing yoga several days a week. You will see how it is not so difficult to incorporate this habit into your daily life and the gratification will be immense.

For a single payment of 150€ you will have two months of UNLIMITED CLASSES where you will enter fully into the experience of Ashtanga Yoga.

Weekend Course

Weekend Course

During one weekend (Saturday morning and Sunday morning) we will meet with the director of the school from 10h. to 13h.

In a way accessible to everyone we will learn the theoretical-practical basis of Ashtanga Yoga, i.e. the asanas (postures), breathing, concentration and relaxation. If there is no scheduled date in the near future (or you simply don’t like the timetable) we RECOMMEND that you register for the Beginners Course of 16 classes in 2 months as you can start with total flexibility at the time you decide. The Weekend Intensive only takes place 2-3 times during each course.

The third possibility we give you is a completely individualized option.

You will be invited to book a private lesson at a time to be agreed upon together where one of our teachers will teach you the first steps in the practice of Ashtanga Yoga for 75 minutes in a session with 15 minutes of theory and 60 minutes of practice. And after that first individual class, you will have 2 Mysore classes in group to put into practice what you learned with your teacher on the first day. From there you decide the registration form to continue, according to the 3 possibilities we offer you in the section ” Plunge Right In “.
